Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
