Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 like boiling water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 among gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
