3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
We swear that We have created the human being and We know what his soul whispers to him. We are closer to him than even his jugular vein. 16 When the two (angels) who keep the account, one sitting on the right, one on the left, take it down, 17 not even a word can he utter but there is a watcher with him, ever-present. 18 The palsy of death will surely come. This is what you wished to avert. 19 The trumpet will certainly be sounded. This will be the day (about which you) were threatened. 20 Each soul shall come with a driver, and a witness. 21 You were heedless of this, but now We have removed your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And his accompanying angel said, “This is the record of your deeds, available with me.” 23 Do cast into hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 "Who forbade what was good, transgressed all bounds, cast doubts and suspicions; 25 "Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty." 26 ۞ His comrade saith: Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he was (himself) far gone in error. 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust (to the least) to the slaves." 29
