(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Is with him the knowledge of the unseen so that he sees? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 And of Ibrahim who faithfully fulfilled? 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 And that for man shall be naught save that wherefor he endeavoureth. 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 Then shall he be rewarded for it with the fullest reward- 41 And that to your Lord is the finality 42 That it is He who makes you happy and morose, 43 And He who ordains death and life; 44 And that He createth the pair, the male and the female. 45 From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth; 46 And that upon Him is another bringing forth. 47 that He it is Who bestowed wealth and riches, 48 And that He it is Who is the Lord of Sirius; 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 and Thamud, leaving no trace [of them,] 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 He plunged the villages 53 so that there came upon them that which came. 54 Then which of thy Lord's bounties disputest thou? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 [although] none but God can unveil it.... 58 Does this statement seem strange to them 59 Why do you laugh rather than weep? 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
