Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
All whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth proclaims the Purity of Allah; His only is the kingship and His only is all praise; and He is Able to do all things. 1 He it is Who created you, but one of you is a disbeliever and one of you is a believer, and Allah is Seer of what ye do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, and He shaped you, and shaped you well; and unto Him is the homecoming. 3 He knows whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows what you conceal and what you publish. God knows the thoughts within the breasts. 4 Has not the account of those who disbelieved before come to you, who tasted the torment of their action, and for whom is grievous punishment? 5 That is because their Messengers came to them with the clear signs, and then they said, 'What, shall mortals be our guides?' Therefore they disbelieved, and turned away; and God was in no need of them. And God is All-sufficient, All-laudable. 6 The Unbelievers think that they will not be raised up (for Judgment). Say: "Yea, By my Lord, Ye shall surely be raised up: then shall ye be told (the truth) of all that ye did. And that is easy for Allah." 7 Believe in Allah, and His Messenger, and in the Light which We have sent down. Allah is Aware of all that you do. 8 On the day when We shall gather you all together (for the Day of Judgment), all cheating will be exposed. Those who believe in God and act righteously will receive forgiveness for their sins. They will be admitted into Paradise wherein streams flow and they will live forever. This certainly is the greatest triumph. 9 And those who disbelieved and cried lies to Our signs, those shall be the inhabitants of the Fire. therein to dwell forever -- an evil homecoming! 10
