The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 And by oath of the Promised Day. 2 And [by] the witness and what is witnessed, 3 The companions of the pit were killed 4 the makers of the fuel-stoked fire! 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers. 7 And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy, 8 and the One to whom belongs the heavens and the earth. God is the Witness of all things. 9 Surely (as for) those who persecute the believing men and the believing women, then do not repent, they shall have the chastisement of hell, and they shall have the chastisement of burning. 10 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – for them are Gardens beneath which rivers flow; this is the great success. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 It is He who originates and repeats. 13 and He is the Forgiving and Loving One. 14 Owner of the throne, the Glorious 15 a sovereign doer of whatever He wills. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 In fact the disbelievers are in denial. 19 And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them. 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 In the Preserved Tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
