The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 and the brooding night! 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee nor doth He hate thee, 3 Indeed what is to come will be better for you than what has gone by. 4 For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 Did He not find thee erring, and guide thee? 7 And did He not find you in want, and then enriched you? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and as for the beggar, scold him not; 10 And abundantly proclaim the favours of your Lord. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
