Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
