The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
