The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
