The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 Who amasses wealth and considers it a provision (against mishap); 2 He thinks that his wealth will immortalise him forever. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the Crushing Fire. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled, 6 which will rise over the [guilty] hearts: 7 Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them 8 In outstretched columns. 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
