Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
