Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 to those who make display 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
