Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember My blessing wherewith I blessed you, and fulfil My covenant and I shall fulfil your covenant; and have awe of Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming what is with you, and do not be the first to disbelieve it. Do not sell My verses for a little price and fear Me. 41 And do not confound the truth with vanity, and do not conceal the truth wittingly. 42 and be constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and bow down in prayer with all who thus bow down. 43 ۞ What! You enjoin righteousness upon people while you forget (to practise it) yourselves, whereas you read the Book? Do you not have sense? 44 Seek you help in patience and prayer, for grievous it is, save to the humble 45 Who know that they have to meet their Lord, and that it is to Him they are to return. 46
