Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And assuredly We have set constellations in the heaven and made it fairseeming unto the beholders 16 And We have kept it guarded from every outcast devil. 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
