It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
