۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
