3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
Noah called to Us, and We are the Best to answer. 75 We saved him and his family from the great affliction, 76 and We made his offspring the only survivors. 77 and We left him thus to be remembered among later generations: 78 'Peace be upon Noah among all the worlds' 79 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 80 Lo! he is one of Our believing slaves. 81 Then We drowned the others 82 ۞ And Abraham indeed was of his inducement, 83 when he came unto his Lord with a pure heart, 84 and asked his father and his people, "What is that you worship? 85 It is falsehood that you desire gods other than Allah! 86 What do you think about the Lord of the Universe?" 87 And he glanced a glance at the stars 88 and said, "I am sick!" 89 and at that they turned their backs on him and went away. 90 Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 What is wrong with you that you do not speak?" 92 then he turned on them, striking them down with his right hand. 93 Then came the others to him hastening. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 when it is God who has created you and all your handiwork?" 96 They replied: 'Build for him a building and cast him into the fire' 97 So they plotted a plot against him, but We made them the lowest. 98 And he said, “Indeed I shall go to my Lord Who will guide me.” 99 “My Lord! Give me a meritorious child.” 100 So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 And, when he (his son) was old enough to walk with him, he said: "O my son! I have seen in a dream that I am slaughtering you (offer you in sacrifice to Allah), so look what you think!" He said: "O my father! Do that which you are commanded, Insha' Allah (if Allah will), you shall find me of As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.)." 102 Then, when they had both submitted themselves (to the Will of Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (or on the side of his forehead for slaughtering); 103 We cried unto him: O Ibrahim 104 “You have indeed made the dream come true”; and this is how We reward the virtuous. 105 Indeed this was a clear test. 106 So, We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice, 107 and We preserved for him a good name among posterity. 108 Peace be upon Abraham. 109 Thus indeed do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 110 he was among Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Ishaq, a Herald of the Hidden, from among those who deserve Our proximity. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. Among the offspring of the two some did good and some plainly wronged themselves. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
