And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
