Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And what you do not see 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he (Muhammad SAW) had forged a false saying concerning Us (Allah), 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
