The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
