The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
