The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
