Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Lo! We revealed it on the Night of Predestination. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 The night of Power is better than a thousand months. 3 Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees, 4 Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
