Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
