The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
