The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 A burning fire. 11
