The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
