Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7
True are the words of God the Almighty.
