He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ He frowned and then turned away 1 Because there came unto him a blind man. 2 for how can you know that he might seek to purify himself, 3 Or that he may accept advice, so the advice may benefit him. 4 Now as for him who believes himself to be self-sufficient 5 to him thou attendest 6 Though it is no blame to thee if he grow not (in spiritual understanding). 7 But as for him who cometh unto thee with earnest purpose 8 and fearfully, 9 So you leave him, and are engrossed elsewhere! 10 No indeed; this is only a Reminder. 11 So whoever wills may remember it. 12 (It is) in Records held (greatly) in honour (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 13 most exalted and purified, 14 [borne] by the hands of messengers 15 noble and pious. 16 Perish Man! How unthankful he is! 17 Out of what did Allah create him? 18 Of a sperm-drop He created him, and determined him, 19 and then makes it easy for him to go through life; 20 Then He caused him to die and be buried 21 and then, if it be His will, He shall raise him again to life, 22 Nay, but (man) hath not done what He commanded him. 23 Let man look at his food: 24 We poured down rain abundantly, 25 and let the earth to break open 26 then caused the grain to grow out of it, 27 And grapes and herbage, 28 and the olive, and the palm, 29 and gardens dense with foliage, 30 And fruits and fodder: 31 for you and for your herds to delight in. 32 But when the great calamity comes 33 On the day when a man fleeth from his brother 34 and his mother and his father; 35 wife and sons, 36 Everyman, that Day, will have enough to make him careless of others. 37 (Many) faces on that day shall be bright, 38 laughing, joyous; 39 And other faces, that Day, will be dust-stained; 40 enveloped by darkness. 41 Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers). 42
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تدرب على حفظ القرآن بمستويات مختلفة للمبتدئين والمحترفين. تخفي صفحات التمارين بعض الكلمات بحسب المستوى، ويتم ذلك بألوان جميلة أيضًا.
