The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ THE MOST GRACIOUS 1 Has taught (you mankind) the Quran (by His Mercy). 2 He created man 3 Has taught him the knowledge of the past and the future. 4 The sun and the moon to a reckoning. 5 And the herbs and the trees do obeisance. 6 And the sky He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure, 7 so that you would maintain justice. 8 Therefore, maintain just measure and do not transgress against the Balance. 9 It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures: 10 Therein is fruit and palms having sheathed clusters, 11 Grain with husk, and fragrant grasses. 12 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 13 He has created man, from dry ringing clay, like the potter"s, 14 and has created the jinn from the flame of fire. 15 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 16 Lord of the East and Lord of the West. 17 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 18 He has made the two seas to flow freely (so that) they meet together: 19 and between them is a barrier which they do not overpass. 20 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 21 Out of them come Pearls and Coral: 22 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 23 And His are the ships going and coming in the seas, like mountains. 24 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 25

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
