The unbelievers say: "When we become dust, we and our forefathers, shall we really be brought out (from our graves)? 67 We were told about this and so were our forefathers before us. But these are no more than fairy tales that have been recounted from ancient times." 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: It may be that a part of that which ye would hasten on is close behind you. 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
