And remember Our servant Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, Satan has touched me with hardship and torment." 41 [So he was told], "Strike [the ground] with your foot; this is a [spring for] a cool bath and drink." 42 And We gave him (back) his people, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who have Understanding. 43 (and We said to him): “Take in your hand a bundle of rushes and strike with it, and do not break your oath.” Indeed We found him steadfast. How excellent a servant (of Ours) he was. Indeed he constantly turned (to his Lord). 44 Remember Our servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob -- possessors of strength and vision. 45 Indeed, We purified them with a most pure quality, the remembrance of the Everlasting Life. 46 Indeed with Us they are among the chosen, the excellent. 47 And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. 48 This was a remembrance. An excellent retreat awaits the God-fearing 49 gardens of perpetual bliss, with gates wide-open to them, 50 Where they will take their ease, calling for fruits in plenty, and for wine, 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age. 52 'This is what you were promised for the Day of Reckoning; 53 Our provision for you will never be exhausted. 54 This [is so]. But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return - 55 Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the resting place. 56 all this will be theirs; let them taste it -- a scalding, dark, foul fluid, 57 And other similar torments. 58 (We shall say to their leaders): 'This is a troop rushing in with you, there is no welcome for them, they shall roast in the Fire' 59 (The followers of the misleaders will say): "Nay, you (too)! No welcome for you! It is you (misleaders) who brought this upon us (because you misled us in the world), so evil is this place to stay in!" 60 adding, "Our Lord, give double punishment to those who brought this upon us." 61 They will say to one another: “But why do we not see those whom we considered him among the wicked? 62 Took we them so unjustly for a butt of mockery, or are they deluding our eyes? 63 Such disputes will certainly take place among the dwellers of hell fire. 64
