The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
