۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
