Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
