Man asks, "When I am once dead, shall I be raised to life?" 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 We shall pull out of every section those who were most perversely rebellious against Ar-Rahman. 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 When Our signs are recited to them as clear signs, the unbelievers say to the believers, 'Which of the two parties is better in station, fairer in assembly?' 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 And God shall increase those who were guided in guidance; and the abiding things, the deeds of righteousness, are better with thy Lord in reward, and better in return 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? 77 Hath he perused the Unseen, or hath he made a pact with the Beneficent? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 By no means! anon they shall deny their worship, and become unto them an adversary. 82
