We gave the people of Israel a settled abode, and bestowed good things on them to eat and use. So they did not differ until they came to have knowledge. Your Lord will assuredly settle their differences on the Day of Resurrection. 93 And if thou be in doubt concerning that which We have sent down unto thee, then ask those who have read the Books before thee. Assuredly hath the truth come unto thee from thy Lord, so be not then of the doubters. 94 nor be of those who cry lies to God's signs so as to be of the losers. 95 Verily those against whom the word of your Lord is pronounced will never believe, 96 even if they witness every single sign that might come to them until they are face to face with the painful chastisement, 97 And wherefore was there not a town which should believe so that their belief should have profited them but the people of Yunus? When they believed, We removed from them the chastisement of disgrace in this world's life and We gave them provision till a time. 98 And had thy Lord willed, those who are on the earth would have believed, all of them, together; canst thou then compel mankind until they become believers? 99 notwithstanding that no human being can ever attain to faith otherwise than by God's leave, and [that] it is He who lays the loathsome evil [of disbelief] upon those who will not use - their reason? 100 Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and on earth"; but neither Signs nor Warners profit those who believe not. 101 Do they watch and wait for anything except for days similar to those who passed away before them? Say: 'Wait; I shall be with you among those who are waiting' 102 Then shall We save Our messengers and the believers, in like manner (as of old). It is incumbent upon Us to save believers. 103
