It is He who produced for you hearing, and eyes, and hearts; little thanks you show. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
