Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 and it behoves not the All-merciful to take a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
