T H (Taa Haa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta' Ha' 1 We have not sent down the Koran to you for you to be tired, 2 But as a reminder unto him who feareth, 3 A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens. 4 the All-compassionate sat Himself upon the Throne; to Him belongs 5 Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, as well as all that is between them and all that is beneath the sod. 6 And if you speak aloud - then indeed, He knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden. 7 Allah – there is no worship except for Him; His only are the best names. 8 AND HAS the story of Moses ever come within thy ken? 9 When he saw the fire, he said to his family, "Wait here for I can see a fire. Perhaps I shall bring you a burning torch or find a way to some fire". 10 When he approached it, a voice called out: 11 “Indeed I am your Lord, therefore take off your shoes; indeed you are in the holy valley of Tuwa!” 12 "I have chosen thee: listen, then, to the inspiration (sent to thee). 13 Lo! I, even I, am Allah, There is no Allah save Me. So serve Me and establish worship for My remembrance. 14 "Verily, the Hour is coming and My Will is to keep it hidden that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. 15 Let not the unbelievers who follow their vain desires make you forget the Day of Judgment, lest you will perish." 16 And what is that in thy right hand, O Moses? 17 Moses answered: "This is my staff. I lean on it (when I walk), and with it I beat down leaves for my flock, and I have many other uses for it." 18 "Throw it down, O Moses," said (the Voice). 19 So he threw it down, and lo, it became a running serpent. 20 Said He, 'Take it, and fear not; We will restore it to its first state. 21 "Now draw thy hand close to thy side: It shall come forth white (and shining), without harm (or stain),- as another Sign,- 22 This We have done to show you some of Our greater miracles. 23 Go to Pharaoh; he has waxed insolent.' 24
