We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
