O CHILDREN of Israel! Remember those blessings of Mine with which I graced you, and fulfil your promise unto Me, [whereupon] I shall fulfil My promise unto you; and of Me, of Me stand in awe! 40 And believe in that which I have sent down confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and barter not My revelations for a small price, and Me alone shall ye fear. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ Would you order righteousness on others and forget it yourselves? Yet you recite the Book, have you no sense? 44 And seek help in patience and As-Salat (the prayer) and truly it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khashi'un [i.e. the true believers in Allah - those who obey Allah with full submission, fear much from His Punishment, and believe in His Promise (Paradise, etc.) and in His Warnings (Hell, etc.)]. 45 Who know that they will have to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are returning. 46
