[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of that which said the men of old; 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say: Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty dominion? 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
