In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the loosed ones successively 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 by the scatterers scattering 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 by those who bring down the reminder, 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass. 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 The Messengers will receive their appointments. 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 15 Have We not destroyed the earlier generations? 16 So shall We make later (generations) follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 For a known term? 22 Thus did We Plan and how excellent is Our planning! 23 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 The living and the dead, 26 And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. 27 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Go on towards the threefold shadow 30 unshading against the blazing flame 31 Lo! it throweth up sparks like the castles, 32 "As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)." 33 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 34 That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak. 35 neither be given leave, and excuse themselves. 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 This is the day of decision: We have gathered you and those of yore. 38 So if you have a plot, use it against Me (Allah)! 39 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
