۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
