Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon. 61 He it is Who caused the night and the day to succeed each other so that everyone who desires may learn a lesson or become grateful. 62 And the slaves of the Most Beneficent (Allah) are those who walk on the earth in humility and sedateness, and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild words of gentleness. 63 And who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing, 64 who say, "Our Lord, ward off from us the punishment of Hell, for its punishment is a dreadful torment to suffer. 65 Indeed it is a most wretched abode. 66 And they who when they spend, are neither extravagant nor parsimonious, and (keep) between these the just mean. 67 And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin; 68 The punishment shall be increased for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, with humiliation. 69 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. God will change the evil deeds of such people into good ones: He is most forgiving and most merciful. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. 72 And those who, when they are admonished by the commands of Allah, fall not down thereat, deaf and blind. 73 who say, 'Our Lord, give us refreshment of our wives and seed, and make us a model to the godfearing.' 74 They will all receive Paradise as their reward for their forbearance and patience, where they will be greeted with, "Peace be with you." 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 Say (O Muhammad, unto the disbelievers): My Lord would not concern Himself with you but for your prayer. But now ye have denied (the Truth), therefor there will be judgment. 77
Almighty God's Truth.
