The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER the heavens and that which comes in the night! 1 - Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is! 2 The very brightly shining star! 3 There is no living being but there is a protector over it. 4 So let man look - from what is he created. 5 He is created of water pouring forth, 6 Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs. 7 God has certainly power to bring him back (from the dead). 8 On a Day whereon secrets shall be out. 9 So man will neither have any strength nor any aide. 10 I swear by the raingiving heavens, 11 by the earth cracking open with new growth. 12 Verily, it is a discourse distinguishing. 13 And it is not amusement. 14 Indeed, they are planning a plan, 15 And I (too) am planning a plan. 16 so bear with those who deny the truth, and let them be for a little while. 17
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Comet (Al-Taareq). Sent down in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
