The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
