What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 high above? 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
